This guy takes the paleo diet to the extreme.
A Chicago-based bouncer claims he feels “healthier than ever” thanks to his bizarre habit of eating raw chicken and chasing it with his girlfriend’s breast milk and even other, um, personal secretions. Videos detailing the human caveman’s unorthodox raw foods regimen are currently blowing up online.
“I like the raw feeling. It’s refreshing when it goes down,” said Boban Simic — known as @IAMFLESHGOD on TikTok — of his Paleolithic-seeming culinary practices. “You’re eating flesh like an animal is supposed to do, so it’s more sensual, a more sensual experience.”
The 40-year-old ex-mixed-martial-arts fighter’s daily diet entails 12 to 30 raw egg yolks for breakfast, two pounds of raw meat for lunch and more raw egg yolks for dinner. He also frequents Ethiopian and Japanese restaurants, which specialize in uncooked protein.
“Everything I eat is raw,” Simic told Kennedy News, adding that one of his favorites is “raw chicken breast” because it’s as “tender as fish.”
The self-proclaimed “health nut” continued: “Raw pork is a little bland so I eat that once in a while. The best I’ve had is raw goat because it’s super tender.”
‘Raw and undercooked meat and poultry can make you sick [and] may contain salmonella, E. coli, Yersinia and other bacteria.’
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention food safety warningSimic regularly posts videos of his mammalian sashimi feasts to his TikTok followers, including a cooking demonstration on chicken ceviche and a clip of him devouring a raw lamb’s head like something out of “Fear Factor.”
“Christians, turn away — because I’m about to engage in some acts of bestiality,” the noggin nosher declares before devouring the lamb’s tongue and eyeballs, the latter of which he scoops out and bursts in his mouth like a tapioca ball.
The carnivorous influencer said he started eating all uncooked meat products four years ago in a bid to become “more alpha and aggressive.”
“I was thinking about dogs eating raw meat and getting more aggressive,” explained Simic. “I started eating raw beef once or twice a week to see if I felt more positive from it. It made a lot of sense, so I thought I should eat everything raw.”
He added, “I used to think you couldn’t eat raw chicken but I got my information from a lot of sources. I did deep research.”
Eventually, the carpaccio aficionado cut all cooked protein out of his diet, which he says made him feel “so much better.”
“It’s a slow progression, but I look at myself and it’s much fitter than when I used to be a pro fighter and I’m not training as much,” described Simic, whose MMA record stands at 8 wins and 7 losses. “What else could it be other than diet?”
He continued, “When you eat a pound of cooked steak, you feel sleepy and like you want to rest. With raw, you can eat two pounds, you’d feel full but you can jog afterwards.
And the improvements weren’t just physical: Simic claimed his all-tartare eating regimen acts as an organic mood stabilizer.
“When you cook meat you’re making it toxic,” the raw-foods devotee declared. “I would get depressed before, but since the raw diet, I’m so much mentally balanced, happier and I’m so much better mentally.”
He attributed his psychological shift to “the bacteria which regulates your brain and makes you happy.”
If that wasn’t revolting enough, Simic started supplementing his meat-ceviche diet with breast milk and even vaginal discharge from a woman he was “intimate with” after researching the purported health benefits.
“I was with a lady that was producing milk, and I tasted it and I thought it was kind of sweet and delicious and yummy and the idea hit me,” said the TikToker of getting his baby formula on tap. “I leave raw milk out and ferment it to yogurt. I sucked it out and thought I’d add it to my milk and it turned out fantastic.
The mother’s milk moonshiner added, “I researched about the vagina and probiotics and another great idea hit me. I got it from another girl I was seeing. I’ve heard of people making beer and bread from vaginal yeast.”
Cutting food with human juices might seem unsanitary. However, Simic claims it’s a way for these girls to “live on in my milk,” adding that the recipes are turning out “better and better” each time.
Kennedy News and Media
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention research dictates that gorging on raw meat heightens the risk of contracting a food-borne illness such as salmonella or E. coli.
Healthline also reports that eating raw meat raises safety concerns. “Properly cooking meat destroys potentially harmful pathogens,” according to Healthline. “On the other hand, pathogens remain in raw meat. Thus, eating raw meat greatly increases your risk of developing food-borne illness, and you should proceed with caution.”
Simic claims that subsisting on raw protein has never made him sick, although he does often check the toilet for worms after a steak sashimi session, Kennedy News reported.
Ultimately, the former brawler feels that his Flintstonian food habits are hunky-dory given the smorgasbord of different cultures that swear by carpaccio, explaining: “I used to watch documentaries about Africa, and I thought they don’t have much but they eat so much healthier and they eat not fully-cooked meat.”
“People eat sushi. I don’t understand how you can eat raw fish and not think it’s OK to eat raw land animals,” Simic argued. “Most of the world eat raw like beef tartare. Germans eat raw pork. Koreans eat a lot of raw stuff.“
He added, “I met a Korean taxi driver who had eaten raw rat, and he looked like a healthy, strong guy.”
The raw-protein proponent finds people’s aversion to uncooked carne particularly perplexing as people “eat junk food with plastic and silicone in it and artificial stuff, but eating a natural animal weirds them out.”
Simic sums it up like this: “The most important thing in my life and the one thing I spend money on is my body. You are what you eat. No matter what money you have, if you’re not healthy then that’s what it comes down to, food and diet.”
The raw foods enthusiast isn’t the first to espouse the so-called virtues of uncooked meat. In April, an Instagrammer known has John claimed he was on a mission to eat only raw meat every day, worrying his followers, who claimed he was on the “verge of insanity” after almost six months of consuming nothing but uncooked animal products.
Meanwhile, enterprising health nuts went viral in August 2020 after touting human breast milk as the holy grail when it came to building muscle and curing cancer — claims that have since been disputed by scientists.
